About the Role Plan, direct, and control all operations in the assigned location in a manner that provides maximum customer service while maintaining a profitable operation and complying with all company standards. Span of control: Puebla, San Luis Potosí, Nayarit (Aguascalientes) in Last Mile. Responsibilities: Select, train and supervise the managers of these locations , to maintain an efficient and effective operation. The position is 100% onsite 6 years of experience as Senior Manager leading a Teams of Manager group Control and effectively utilize labor through planning, organizing, and scheduling to minimize lost time, working within the framework of the capital and operating budget. Oversee station performance reports ; conduct internal and vehicle package audits; and monitor package sorting. Ensure compliance with applicable company operating policies and procedures. Supervise and verify delivery records , courier pickup manifests, billing documents, case sales summary, and petty cash reports. Ensure emergency support , adherence to security procedures, compliance with the country's labor legislation, and any other necessary administrative support for the effective functioning of the station. Coordinate AOD (Appointment on Demand/Specific Delivery Request) deliveries with external ground agents. Provide employees with information regarding salaries, benefits, company policies and practices , and all other matters related to operations and personnel. Academic Background Bachelor's degree/equivalent in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Administration, International Business or similiar English Level Advanced English — C1. Required Skills Leadership skills. Planning and organization skills. Judgment and decision-making skills. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Presentation skills. Analytical capability (or Analytical skills). Strong human relations skills. Must possess a valid driver's license with a good driving record. Able to travel (or Ability to travel).
