Full Stack Engineer (Remote) – Work Vista Schedule: Flexible, project‑based (5–40 hours per week) Role Overview We are hiring for one of our clients to support the training, evaluation, and improvement of advanced Artificial Intelligence systems. As a Full Stack Engineer, you will apply your programming expertise to review and enhance AI‑generated code across both front‑end and back‑end domains. Your work will directly contribute to improving code quality, reliability, and reasoning capabilities in modern AI models. This is a fully remote, flexible opportunity designed for technically strong contributors. Key Responsibilities Design, solve, and validate complex programming problems to train and evaluate AI systems Review, analyze, and assess AI‑generated code for correctness, efficiency, scalability, and best practices Evaluate both front‑end and back‑end code outputs across multiple technical domains Provide clear, structured, and constructive technical feedback to improve AI responses Communicate technical reasoning and explanations clearly in Spanish for task‑related deliverables Participate in multiple AI‑focused projects based on skills, performance, and availability Follow project guidelines, quality standards, and confidentiality requirements Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience Professional ability to explain technical concepts clearly in Spanish (required) and English (preferred) Strong analytical thinking, problem‑solving skills, and attention to detail Preferred: 1+ year of experience as a Software Developer, Full Stack Engineer, or similar technical role Eligibility & Authorization Candidates must be legally authorized to work as independent contractors in their country of residence This role is open only to candidates based in Latin America (LATAM) Compensation Hourly compensation ranging from USD $15.00 to $32.00, based on task complexity and demonstrated expertise Payments are issued weekly via supported payout platforms Contractors are responsible for applicable taxes and statutory obligations Full compensation details are shared prior to task acceptance Work Arrangement Fully remote and asynchronous Highly flexible schedule aligned with project availability Independent contractor engagement under a formal Service Agreement Equal Opportunity Statement Selection decisions are based solely on skills, qualifications, and project requirements.
