Education : EQUIVALENTEXPERIENCE**As a leading global animal health company, Elanco delivers innovative products and services to improve the health of pets and farm animals around the world because we believe making animals' lives better, makes life better.Since ****, we have provided solutions that support veterinarians, farmers and pet owners to advance our vision of Food and Companionship Enriching Life.Elanco's promise to employees: Together, we foster an inclusive culture where everyone can make a difference, encouraging ownership, growth and well-being.****Position Description**:**This position has 2 main focus areas**- **Provide HRBP support to the site solutions center leader**:- **Talent acquisition for Mexico solutions center and commercial organization****HRBP activities**The HRBP is accountable for working with the Site HUB Leader to ensure the site has the organizational capabilities, leadership and talent that are needed, and to ensure that those people are engaged, motivated, and appropriately rewarded to achieve both long- and short-term business objectives.This person does this predominantly by providing HR and operational advice, consultation, and coaching and is expected to influence leaders on critical organization and people-related issues that are critical to achieving business priorities and objectives for which the business leaders are ultimately accountable.This role participates actively in the strategic and operational management of the team.This role is expected to provide proactive leadership for overall human capital performance, organization diagnosis, design and change management, talent management, leadership development, and implement the total reward strategy for the unit.**Talent Acquisition**This position is also responsible for the Talent Acquisition execution for the country with focus on the solutions center organization (M&Q roles not included).The role will also deliver the operational and strategic daily processes such as onboarding and offboarding, keeping employees files up to date (digital and physical), follow up/update of local policies & procedures, managing a local training calendar according to local legislations (CICADEPH) and benefits administration for the country (restopass, despensa pass, diligo, pension plan, aguinaldo, etc.) that are not managed by the solutions center.This position is critical to creating a seamless, robust, efficient Talent Acquisition process to help improve our talent reach and pipeline.On all aspects of the role the position is expected to collaborate closely with Elanco's solution center team and embrace a self-service and shared services-based model.**Functions, Duties, Tasks**:In partnership with the HR Director for the Mexican Affiliate, this role will enable the following deliverables for Elanco MX.- **Talent Acquisition**:- Evaluating, measuring, and continually iterating on our talent acquisition pipeline and process to ensure we are hiring the right talent at the right time- Leverage global talent acquisition tools and adapt them to local needs- Managing the adoption, and effective utilization of our recruiting tools- **Core HR Process Stewardship (onboarding & offboarding / training / employee files / Compensation and benefits follow up / Mexico's policies and procedures)**:- Outcome: _The HRBP advises and influences site leaders to ensure that core HR processes are leveraged for behavior change with employees and influences by providing perspectives and needs of the business group for consideration in developing the programs and processes.- Activities/Outputs_- Training and development - working with leaders to guarantee a robust training calendar each year.Also help as facilitator in some topics.Provide oversight and leadership of the L&D function on the site.Ensures the appropriate structure, plan and governance is in place for a qualified and developed organization- Develops a strong partnership to understand philosophies and practices and provide appropriate feedback to improve the overall HR delivery.- Benefits Administration - follow up with our vendors to guarantee all the provisions are up to date and well mapped and employees are receiving high quality services: medical checkups, language support, pension plan, food vouchers, vacation premium, Aguinaldo, etc.- Collaborate with Total rewards on benefits review- Culture and wellbeing agenda - work with the leaders to guarantee follow up on action plans.Guarantee the right implementations of the NORMA 035 every two years and elaborate the annual cultural and wellbeing agendas for the country- Handle and report monthly incidents for payroll matters- PO creation for culture and benefits activities- **Additional Activities**:- Outcome: _The HR Leader is involved in other activities that help the site/function run effectively as a key member of the country in which the business operates.While there are not
