**About Us**:**Millions look to us to progress their careers.We look to you.**Global, culturally diverse, inclusive, and innovative - welcome to AMS, where talent is our world.Over the last two decades, AMS has redefined the landscape of talent outsourcing and consulting.From pioneering the concept of RPO to continually revolutionising how organisations approach talent acquisition, AMS stands as a world leader in the industry.Committed, engaged, and inspired, we feel a real sense of belonging, and all have one thing in common: a real passion for talent.Become part of this world and make a difference with us.**The Role**:**Hybrid in our AMS Monterrey Office.English & Spanish required.Campus Recruitment experience preferred.**Our role will give you the opportunity to pioneer new solutions and innovative technologies to provide Early Careers & Campus Services.Sounds interesting?Do not hesitate - contact usThe Team Lead is responsible for managing and leading a team of recruiters / administrators in various aspects of people management, coaching, and mentoring to engage and motivate the team to meet targets, SLAs, and KPIs.The role includes planning and executing campus recruitment activities, managing stakeholder relationships, and overseeing the team's performance and development.The Team Lead will work closely with the Senior Manager (SM), Manager (CSM) and the recruiters to ensure high-quality campus recruitment services and a smooth campus recruitment process while fostering a positive team culture and inclusive work environment.**Key Accountabilities**:**What you'll be doing**:**Leadership**- Support recruiters / coordinators to ensure they are meeting relevant targets, including acting as a point of escalation for challenges raised during the recruitment process- Provide oversight of requisitions managed by recruiters as guardians of quality and experience- Mentor recruiters / coordinators to deliver recruitment services and drive hiring manager relationships- Provide pastoral care, training guidance, including supporting recruiters / coordinators with their own career paths- Maintain regular communication with team members, including conducting regular 1:1s and virtual / in-person team collaboration sessions.- Resourcing: reviewing workload and capacity to ensure maximum productivity.Leaves management to ensure coverage across the season especially during peak seasons**Recruitment Delivery**- Ensure the recruitment service is delivered in line with contractual obligations and client service level agreements.- Lead vacancy consultation discussions in partnership with the CSM / SM to agree to recruitment plans with hiring managers and document outcomes of the intake meeting- Anticipate potential stakeholder issues within own area of expertise, taking action to address, and using judgement to escalate appropriately**Client Stakeholder Relationships**- Create and maintain trusted partner relationships with Hiring managers/stakeholders.Maintain execution of the end-to-end delivery of campus recruitment services to them, providing counsel, advising through insight and SME knowledge on the recruitment process and ensuring that timelines are correctly identified and met- Lead discussion on attraction strategies, working with CSM / SM and Head of Early Careers / Junior Talent to correctly identify approach based on market and hiring demands- To partner with CSM / SM in creating strong partnerships with all internal and external stakeholders, attending regular calls, to build understanding of process and satisfaction in the service**Internal Stakeholder Relationships**- Monitor funnel metrics in partnership with global teams to ensure bottlenecks are identified and addressed ahead of time- Coach and mentor Recruiters and Coordinators on best practice approaches and client culture, supporting them in achieving success in their roles**Technology and Compliance**- Support account contractual management by identifying and flagging scope creep- Ensure compliance with legislation affecting area of work (e.g. age discrimination, employment risks for contractors, OFCCP, data management techniques or similar local legislative requirements)**Skills & Experience**:**You'll need to demonstrate**:- Fluent in English & Spanish is required- Campus recruitment experience preferred- Experience of end-to-end recruitment delivery with preferred expertise in early careers and campus- Understanding of campus marketing and attraction strategies (e.g. events, networking, social media and university relations)- Experience of using recruitment technology- Working knowledge of legislation affecting area of work (e.g. age discrimination, employment risks for contractors, OFCCP)**Desirable Skills & Experience**:- Experience of working within a highly complex or matrixed organisation- Experience of working with remote teams- Experience of using databases- Demonstrate inter
