Redstone Commodity Search is partnering with a Global Commodity Trading House to recruit a Business Head for its Mexican entity. Key Responsibilities / Tasks Take over and manage an existing trading desk based in Mexico, focusing on the export of Mexican chickpeas and the import of Canadian pulse products for local distribution. Manage direct reports and ensure both current and future hires are the best talent, aligning values with the company. Analyze ongoing agricultural market trends in pulses, beans, grains, seeds, corn, and wheat to support strategic trading decisions, improve margin performance, and grow a diversified, revenue‑generating client base. Maintain and expand a strong network of local and international clients, vendors, and service providers, using deep market knowledge to ensure optimal sourcing and distribution channels. Report directly to the COO. Key Qualifications / Experience Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in relevant fields preferred. Minimum 10 years of management experience in an international business setting. Significant experience in international sales, import/export regulations, and trade dynamics, especially with pulses, chickpeas, grains, corn, soybeans, and other specialty crops. Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English. Role is based in Mexico and can be remote.
