FP&A SpecialistCarrier Global Corporation, a global leader in intelligent climate and energy solutions, invites applications for the FP&A Specialist role based in Monterrey, Mexico.The position is full-time.About The RoleAs an FP&A Specialist, you will manage P&L, cash performance, and other critical financial metrics, and support all related financial planning processes.Your work will help drive informed decisions that impact our business performance and customer success.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure timely and accurate monthly financial close in accordance with published calendars.Monitor financial performance and provide insights on variances and trends across key business metrics.Develop and present quarterly forecasts, articulating risks and opportunities, and explain variances to prior forecasts, prior year, and plan.Review and analyze key performance trends regularly.Drive system automation and develop finance metrics based on business requirements.Prepare ad hoc analysis and investigations as requested by leadership.RequirementsWe are looking for people who are detail-oriented, adaptable, and collaborative.If this sounds like you, get in touch.Minimum QualificationsBA/BS degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.5+ years of experience in FP&A or other finance-related roles.Strong knowledge of financial analysis techniques to identify business risks and opportunities.Fluent English communication skills.Strong communication and presentation skills to drive actionable results.Preferred QualificationsMaster's degree (MBA or equivalent).Experience as a P&L owner.Solid interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.Ability to quickly adapt to new business models and evolving industry dynamics.BenefitsHealth insurance.Professional development opportunities.Our Commitment to YouCarrier is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability or veteran status, age or any other federally protected class.#J-*****-Ljbffr
