About the role We have an exciting opportunity for an FP&A Specialist to join our Finance team in Monterrey, Mexico. In this role, you will play a key part in managing P&L, cash performance, and other critical financial metrics, while supporting all related financial planning processes. Your work will help drive informed decisions that impact our business performance and customer success. Key Responsibilities As an FP&A Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
  • Ensuring timely and accurate monthly financial close in accordance with published calendars.
  • Monitoring financial performance and providing insights on variances and trends across key business metrics.
  • Developing and presenting quarterly forecasts, articulating risks and opportunities, and explaining variances to prior forecasts, prior year, and plan.
  • Reviewing and analyzing key performance trends regularly.
  • Driving system automation and developing finance metrics based on business requirements.
  • Preparing ad hoc analysis and investigations as requested by leadership.
Requirements We are looking for people who are detail-oriented, adaptable, and collaborative. If this sounds like you, get in touch. As a minimum you must have:
  • BA/BS degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in FP&A or other finance-related roles.
  • Strong knowledge of financial analysis techniques to identify business risks and opportunities.
  • Fluent English communication skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to drive actionable results.
Although not necessary, it would be nice if you have:
  • Master's degree (MBA or equivalent).
  • Experience as a P&L owner.
  • Solid interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to new business models and evolving industry dynamics.
