Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled CAD Designer to join our team.As a CAD Designer, you will be responsible for creating detailed designs of delivery stations, including equipment, workspaces, and infrastructure.You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver complete and approved design sets.About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented CAD Designer to make a meaningful contribution to our organization.In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, from designing new facilities to upgrading existing ones.Main Responsibilities- Create detailed designs of delivery stations, including equipment, workspaces, and infrastructure; - Work closely with Design Engineers, fellow CAD drafters, World Wide Engineering (WWE), Pre-Construction, Construction, external architects, MHE vendors, and Launch Execution teams to deliver complete and approved design sets; - Review and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on permit sets, structural drawings, elevations, and floorplans to address design-related inquiries; - Support the design quality control process by participating in peer reviews, following design checklists and standards, and incorporating feedback from Design Engineers to ensure zero-defect outputs; - Deliver new designs, post-permit updates, expansions, and retrofits that enhance safety, quality, productivity, and capacity at delivery stations; - Implement new design templates, safety protocols, and process improvements into standard design practices; Requirements- 1-3 years of Revit Experience; - 1-3 years of project coordination experience; - 1-3 years of experience in facility layout, manufacturing design, commercial, industrial, or structural drafting; - AutoCAD Experience a bonus; Skills and Qualifications- Proficient in Revit or AutoCAD Architecture within a design, civil, construction, or architectural environment; - Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and Bluebeam; Education- Associate's Degree in a relevant field; Soft Skills- Strong project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines, prioritize tasks, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment; - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively engage various stakeholders and facilitate meetings; Benefits- We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off; What We OfferIn return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a dynamic and supportive work environment, opportunities for professional growth and development, and a comprehensive benefits package.
