Job Title: CAD Designer CAD Design ExpertJoin our team of professionals who are responsible for creating and delivering cutting-edge design solutions.As a CAD Designer, you will be working closely with the design engineering team to create detailed CAD drawings of delivery station layouts.We're seeking an experienced CAD Designer to join our team in Guadalajara, Punto Sur.This is a long-term position that requires a strong understanding of design development principles and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Key Responsibilities:Create detailed CAD drawings of delivery station layouts, including equipment, workspaces, and infrastructure.Work closely with design engineers, fellow CAD drafters, World Wide Engineering (WWE), Pre-Construction, Construction, external architects, MHE vendors, and Launch Execution teams to deliver complete and approved design sets.Review and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on permit sets, structural drawings, elevations, and floorplans to address design-related inquiries.Support the design quality control process by participating in peer reviews, following design checklists and standards, and incorporating feedback from Design Engineers to ensure zero-defect outputs.Deliver new designs, post-permit updates, expansions, and retrofits that enhance safety, quality, productivity, and capacity at delivery stations.Implement new design templates, safety protocols, and process improvements into standard design practices.Qualifications:Experience:1-3 years of Revit experience1-3 years of project coordination experience1-3 years of experience in facility layout, manufacturing design, commercial, industrial, or structural draftingAUTOCADEXPERIENCE A BONUSTechnical Skills:Proficient in Revit or AutoCAD Architecture within a design, civil, construction, or architectural environmentIntermediate proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and BluebeamRequired Qualifications:Strong understanding of CAD software and design development principlesExcellent communication and collaboration skillsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environmentAttention to detail and ability to meet deadlinesBonus Points:Revit certificationExperience with Autodesk
