Overview:Provide Electrical, audio & acoustic measurement to verify product performance, perform failure analysis and Trouble shooting to support internal customers, keep reliability lab capability continuing improvement.**Responsibilities**:- Support CQE/SQE/RE to setup measurement system to verify product performance in SZ reliability lab.- Perform CQE test major focus on performance measurement to specification before/post environmental test.- Support to perform reliability test on piece part in early BRT process to meet STC and SQE needs.- Perform failure analysis with CQE/SQE/RE to identify root cause on failure whatever detected during CQE test and production or IQC failure if needed.- Join to manage lab equipment including new equipment procurement, calibration and maintenance as well as repairing.- Ensure test equipment has proper PM & calibration status and identification.- Work with outside lab to obtain resource to support reliability test needs, including both reliability test equipment and failure analysis capability.- Work with Corporate on regular correlation effort and join the improvement process- Work with Corporate to complete multi-improvement projects as required- Join ISO audit activities including internal and external, implement and continuing improvement per ISO requirement on daily basis.- Support global compliance related work as required.- Maintain good 5s in reliability labQualifications:- Diploma in Electrical Engineering or closely related field.- Two or more years of related work experience.- Abilities in the use of packaged computer software (Word, Excel, etc).- Basic English- Knowledge of fundamental audio, acoustic and RF principles and performance characteristics such as frequency response, distortion and RF power measurements.- Knowledge of electrical related field, and abilities in troubleshooting on test equipment and fixtures.- Abilities in use of RF signal generator, spectrum analyzer, power meter, audio analyzer multi-meter and oscilloscope, power supplies,- Knowledge of Quality Tools (SPC, Pareto, etc.)- Team player- Learning ability- Communication ability- Self motivated**#LI-Onsite
