Process Engineer - KnorrUnilever is hiring a Process Engineer at its Plant Lerma.The role focuses on manufacturing, with local scope, and is a full-time position without relocation assistance.Purpose of the Position Guarantee the optimization, standardization, and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes on the Knorr (Cubos) lines, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, efficiency, and sustainability standards aligned with the Unilever Manufacturing System (UMS).ResponsibilitiesOptimization of processes: Analyse and improve production parameters to maximise efficiency, reduce waste and costs with Centerline and LILA.Implementation of UMS: Lead initiatives in methodologies at the plant.Quality and safety control: Ensure processes meet internal and external regulations (ISO, HACCP, GMP & Framework standard).Project management: Coordinate improvement, automation, and process scaling (Kaizen).Technical support: Provide support to production for technical problem resolution and root-cause analysis.Sustainability: Implement practices that reduce energy, water consumption and emissions.Training: Train operational staff on process standards and best practices.Key RequirementsIntermediate–advanced Excel skills.Statistical Process Control (SPC).Manufacturing excellence methodologies (WCM preferred, TPM, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma).Food safety and quality systems.Intermediate–advanced English.Desirable RequirementsAt least 2 years of experience in food industry or mass-production manufacturing, preferably in continuous improvement and with statistical process tools.Knowledge of manufacturing operations focused on mass-produced goods, experience in leading projects using statistical tools, and understanding of transformation methodologies.Experience with Power BI.Senior Level / Entry levelEmployment Type: Full-timeJob Function: Management and ManufacturingIndustries: ManufacturingUnilever is an organisation committed to equity, inclusion and diversity to drive our business results and create a better future, every day, for our diverse employees, global consumers, partners, and communities.We believe a diverse workforce allows us to match our growth ambitions and drive inclusion across the business.At Unilever we are interested in every individual bringing their 'Whole Self' to work and this includes youThus if you require any support or access requirements, we encourage you to advise us at the time of your application so that we can support you through your recruitment journey.#J-*****-Ljbffr
