We are looking for a **Warehouse Supervisor.*** Ensure requested materials are available and complete.* Supervise picking and packing processes.* Monitor timing and accuracy in order fulfillment.* Check inventory levels and report shortages or excesses.* Identify system discrepancies and suggest corrections.* Oversee material reception and proper storage.* Control outbound flows to production.* Assign tasks to warehouse or picking staff.* Train the team on procedures, safety, and system usage.* Evaluate performance and motivate the team to achieve goals.* Propose efficiency improvements in picking operations.* Identify bottlenecks or recurring errors.* Collaborate with other departments (purchasing, logistics, production).* Generate reports on picking performance, errors, and productivity.* Document incidents and corrective actions.* Maintain accurate records in the system.* Attend staff meetings.* Monitor idle times.* Perform root cause analysis.* Working with JCMS operating system tools.* Develop and implement effective material management strategies to optimize inventory levels and minimize costs.* Supervise material planning and scheduling aligned with production requirements and operational goals.* Monitor and analyze inventory levels, conducting regular audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal policies.* Lead and train material management staff to improve their skills and overall team performance.* Implement best practices in material handling and storage to ensure operational efficiency and safety.* Completed professional degree.* Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in material management or inventory control.* Time Availability to work in Shift 1, 2 and 3.* SAP proficiency; WMS and MM modules (desirable).* Internal logistics concepts.* Supply chain concepts.* Root cause analysis tools.* Strong analytical skills focused on process optimization and waste reduction.* Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with teams and external partners.* Leadership skills with experience in managing and developing teams in dynamic environments.* Proficiency in material management software and inventory tracking systems.* Schedule availability for rotating shifts.* English language (basic to intermediate level).* Comprehensive benefits package.* Opportunities for professional growth and development.* Supportive and inclusive work environment.* Commitment to work-life balance and employee well-being.* Engagement in meaningful projects that make a difference.**Johnson Controls does not request pregnancy or HIV testing as a condition for hiring, continued employment, or promotion**, in accordance with its commitment to labor equality and non-discrimination.Your buildings have a purpose.
