At Bank of America, we are guided by a common purpose to help make financial lives better through the power of every connection.We do this by driving Responsible Growth and delivering for our clients, teammates, communities and shareholders every day.Being a Great Place to Work is core to how we drive Responsible Growth.This includes our commitment to being a diverse and inclusive workplace, attracting and developing exceptional talent, supporting our teammates' physical, emotional, and financial wellness, recognizing and rewarding performance, and how we make an impact in the communities we serve.At Bank of America, you can build a successful career with opportunities to learn, grow, and make an impact.Join usIn order to support the Global Corporate Banking Subsidiaries (CBK-S) growth agenda, a Banker position is open in Mexico City - Mexico, under the supervision of the Latam Head of CBK-S.The CBK-S Banker will manage client relationships, grow portfolio revenues and will be accountable for client satisfaction, creating solutions for the regional based subsidiaries of Global Corporate Banking clients headquartered outside of Mexico.The role will focus on cross selling all BofA's corporate banking products including credit, debt capital markets, investment banking, Asset Based Lending, Leasing, Vendor Finance, Supply Chain Finance, Trade Finance, Cash and Liquidity Management, FX, Hedging, Rates and Commodities.**Main Responsibilities**:- Responsible for supporting clients in driving regional business development of CBK-S clients in LATAM.- Support global account owners by working with relationship managers and product specialists to assess client needs and drive marketing of suitable product and services by fully leveraging the Bank of America's global platform, including credit and risk management products, cash management and trade solutions, debt capital raising, leasing, investment banking, hedging, foreign exchange, and treasury products.- Responsible for establishing and deepening relationships with key individuals within the client's management teams, and work with internal stakeholders to drive business development and execution of the financial services solutions.- Working closely with Latam Head of CBK-S on multiple projects and initiatives.- Develop and grow the target/selected client relationships through coordination of regular client planning, working closely with CBK Global client teams and relevant Product partners.- Assess clients' needs and work with product specialists to structure appropriate product solutions.Demonstrate to the clients a full understanding of their needs.Team up with business partners to offer comprehensive banking products and services to targeted clients.- Partner with product specialists to participate in business development and sales calls for marketing of Bank of America's capabilities globally.- Monitor P&L performance of the portfolio assigned by the regional and international CBK/CBK-S heads, show accountability for the portfolio, demonstrating ownership and managing client relationships accordingly.Work with the global banking and credit team to manage credit exposure, capital commitments & relationship returns.- Help strengthen BofA's presence and profile in the local market as a credible business partner and financial advisor.Demonstrate a value-add to international client base, combining strong local market knowledge with a detailed understanding of their challenges and opportunities as an international business.- Be the escalation point for client relationships in region, proactively solving issues, escalating appropriately to business leads in region.- Work with CBK Global Partners on prospecting and activating new relationships to the country and the region.- Participate in the development of the CBK-S group, generating ideas, taking ownership, and demonstrating leadership as a banker.Participate in the build out of the people platform with top young talent in accordance with the strategic road map, whilst continuing to promote inclusivity and diversity principles.Be a team player.- Assist and provide back up support to the Mexican CBK-S business by working in close collaboration with local stakeholders.- Ensure BofA's activities are conducted in a compliant, ethical, and risk-free manner.**Core skills and requirements**:- Strong knowledge of the industry/market practices/trends and subsidiary banking needs.- Excellent business origination and closing skills, relevant experience in a client facing role.- Demonstrated ability to identify, understand and manage credit and risk.- Demonstrable ability to understand financing needs and match client needs with the most appropriate products/services.- Team player comfortable in virtual teams and with cross-functional interaction.- Strong communications, analytical and quantitative skills necessary in a front office role.- Solid understanding of the core foundation
