**Rapido Solutions Group helps you to work for an American company remotely from Guadalajara;****_About the role: _**To serve as a centralized information center for all questions, inquiries, and complaints.To provide accurate information regarding all tasks and responsibilities performed by the Client Services Representative.**_Key responsibilities: _**- Determine carrier eta's for pickup and delivery, flagging any potentially late arrivals to carrier and customer sales reps- Enter valuable information into the system according to standard operating procedures (dispatching - loaded & empty verification - in-transit updates)- Resolve and troubleshoot for any issues arising during the life cycle of a shipment- Analyze customer inquiries, make informed decisions, and provide quality and timely updates to the customer(s) as needed.**_About you_**:- Ability to multi-task and perform several duties at one time- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with customers, employees, and management- Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships with all support departments- Must be proficient with Web software and familiar with Microsoft Office products - including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.**_We offer_**:- At Rapido, we offer competitive pay and full benefits + law benefits.- Ping Pong and videogames area.- Free lunch and beer Friday- Savings Fund and private medical insurance.- Paid Time Off.- Food vouchers.**Schedule**:Monday to Friday 13:*******:00**Sounds interesting?Apply**Pay: $15,****** - $16,****** per month**Language**:- english (required)
