Acerca del puesto Technical Customer Success Manager - CDMXImportante compañía del sector tecnología, se encuentra en búsqueda de su Technical Customer Success Manager en CDMX.Este rol se centra en liderar el éxito técnico de los clientes en la región de LATAM, actuando como punto de contacto principal para temas técnicos durante todo el ciclo del cliente.Implica una gestión técnica práctica, resolución de problemas, actualizaciones de sistemas, y soporte en entornos de Tecnología Operacional (OT).La posición requiere experiencia en redes industriales, ciberseguridad y protocolos OT.ResponsabilidadesGestión de relaciones: Construir relaciones sólidas con clientes y ser el enlace técnico principal.Onboarding y capacitación: Asegurar una implementación fluida y entrenar a los clientes para maximizar la adopción del producto.Soporte técnico: Resolver consultas técnicas complejas en colaboración con equipos de soporte interno.Gestión proactiva: Monitorear el estado de las cuentas, prevenir problemas y detectar oportunidades de ventas adicionales.Renovaciones y expansión: Asegurar renovaciones demostrando el valor continuo del producto y generar crecimiento en las cuentas.Defensor del cliente: Proporcionar retroalimentación a los equipos de producto y marketing para mejoras continuas.Planificación del éxito: Colaborar con los clientes en la definición de métricas y objetivos.RequisitosMínimo 4 años de experiencia en gestión de éxito del cliente en un rol técnico.Experiencia en ciberseguridad y gestión de clientes empresariales.Habilidades de liderazgo en un entorno regional (preferentemente LATAM).Comunicación efectiva, resolución de problemas, y experiencia en gestión de proyectos.Excelente dominio del inglés hablado y escrito (nivel avanzado B2-C1).Este requisito es mandatorio.Otros detalles: Es un rol presencial, con visitas a oficinas de clientes, y requiere transporte propio.Envía tu CV y embárcate en este emocionante proceso que podría cambiarte la vida.Un abrazo,#J-*****-Ljbffr
