**_Welcome to Warner Bros.Discoverythe stuff dreams are made of._****Who We Are**When we say, "the stuff dreams are made of," we're not just referring to the world of wizards, dragons and superheroes, or even to the wonders of Planet Earth.Behind WBD's vast portfolio of iconic content and beloved brands, are the _storytellers_ bringing our characters to life, the_ creators_ bringing them to your living rooms and the _dreamers_ creating what's nextFrom brilliant creatives, to technology trailblazers, across the globe, WBD offers career defining opportunities, thoughtfully curated benefits, and the tools to explore and grow into your best selves.Here you are supported, here you are celebrated, here you can thrive.**Your New Role**This position exists to support the Order to Cash (O2C) workstream of Warner Bros.Discovery WBD Advertising, Affiliate and TV Distribution, Direct-to-Consumer Subscription, Theatrical and several other account receivable balances.This person will have overall responsibility for performing O2C functions involved in maintaining customer accounts, ensuring adherence to contracts, providing updates on the collection process, and improving working capital.**Your Role Accountabilities**- Recording of all transactions of customer billing and revenue in books of accounts.- Review of customer contracts for billing along with master data preparation- Alignment with different sales team at other locations for the upcoming/ existing customers- Monthly Billing & Revenue along with reconciliations- Accounting knowledge of AR Accounting- Periodic reconciliations for WHT, customer balances, VAT as per local laws- Handling Journal Entries Creation and Booking, Balance account reconciliations, Month End Close Activities, Bank Reconciliations, SOX Compliances- Ensuring procedures, policies and regulations are correctly followed and complied with.- Track and drive Internal controls check and compliances for better accuracy and efficiency of data.- Test new implementations and changes to the SAP and S4 system environment- Maintain documentation for compliance reporting and audits- Monitor and reconcile all over age accounts with Billing Disputes**Qualifications & Experience**- Commerce Graduate with MBA or CA Inter with 4 - 5 years of O2C experience with experience of Billing for APAC / Europe or US based customers for SSC/BPO.- Experience in S4, Peoplesoft Financials and SAP is preferred- Experience in the Media Industry and/or Media Sales is preferred- A working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Powerpoint)- Should have a complete understanding of the OTC process- Strong listening, verbal and written communication skills- Ability to work independently, creatively and efficiently- Proven track record in meeting deadlines- Open to UK and US Shift timezones**The Perks**- Exclusive Warner Bros.Discovery events and advance screenings- Paid time off every year to volunteer for eligible employees- Access to well-being tools, resources, and freebies- Access to in-house learning and development resources- Part of the Warner Bros.Discovery family of powerhouse brands**How We Get Things Done****Championing Inclusion at WBD
