Please visit our website: www.turnerandtownsend.com Job Description We are seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to lead complex hospitality development projects across the Caribbean, with a focus on destinations such as the Bahamas, St. Lucia, Barbados, and Jamaica. This role requires a strategic thinker with deep experience in hotel construction and stakeholder management, capable of driving end-to-end delivery while maintaining quality, budget, and schedule integrity. Key Responsibilities Lead full‑cycle project delivery, from pre‑construction through handover Manage general contractors, consultants, and vendors across multiple jurisdictions Oversee budget control, capital expenditure approvals, and cost estimate reviews Ensure construction quality and compliance with international hospitality standards Facilitate client meetings, reporting, and stakeholder alignment across regions Navigate complex regulatory environments and cross‑border logistics Champion health, safety, and environmental protocols on‑site Lead project close‑out and operational transition to hotel operators Qualifications 15+ years of relevant experience, including hotel development in the Caribbean Fluent in Spanish and English Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management PMI or equivalent certification preferred Strong command of Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, AutoCAD, BIM Proven ability to lead multicultural teams and manage remote delivery Experience with LEED or sustainable building practices is an advantage Additional Information Our inspired people share our vision and mission.
