**Position Summary**:**Key Responsibilities**:- Lead end-to-end payroll operations for Mexico and support broader LATAM payroll activities including Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Panama, and Peru.- Manage payroll processing cycles, including monthly, quarterly, and year-end activities, ensuring compliance with local tax and labor regulations.- Serve as the primary liaison with ADP for payroll configuration, issue resolution, and system enhancements.- Maintain and update payroll procedure manuals and business process documentation.- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Compliance teams to ensure alignment and accuracy of payroll data.- Oversee audits, reconciliations, and internal controls to ensure data integrity and compliance.- Support implementation and testing of system updates, configuration changes, and new country rollouts within ADP GlobalView and ADP Streamline.- Mentor and develop payroll analysts and coordinators across the LATAM region.**Qualifications**:**Required**:- 5+ years of experience in payroll management, with at least 3 years focused on Mexico.- Strong working knowledge of ADP GlobalView and Workday HCM systems.- Deep understanding of Mexican payroll legislation, tax, and social security regulations.- Proven experience managing payroll operations across multiple LATAM countries.- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.- Fluent in English and Spanish.**Preferred**:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, HR, or related field.- Experience with year-end processing and statutory reporting in Mexico.- CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.- Familiarity with data privacy and security protocols in payroll systems.
