Descripción y detalle de las actividades Join our growing engineering team We're looking for a passionate NPI Engineer to lead new product introduction projects — from prototype to full production. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth launches, robust processes, and high-quality results. Main Responsibilities Coordinate NPI activities across engineering, production, and quality. Develop and maintain process documentation (BOMs, work instructions, control plans, etc.). Support process validation, APQP, PPAP, and FAI activities. Ensure product quality, cost efficiency, and on-time launches. Identify opportunities for process and design improvements. Experiência y requisitos Requirements Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or related engineering field. 1-3 years of experience in NPI, manufacturing, or process engineering. Knowledge of metal-mechanical processes and quality tools (APQP, PFMEA, 8D). Solid understanding of drawings, GD&T, and process documentation. Intermediate-advanced English. Experience with SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or ERP systems is a plus. Key Competencies Analytical thinking and results-oriented mindset. Strong project management and organizational skills. Effective communication with customers and internal teams. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities. Proactive and technically driven leadership.
