Descripción y detalle de las actividadesMain link between program manager group (commercial group) and plant. Providing proactive feedback to Applications Engineer and commercial group ensuring manufacturability of the product and reliable process. Drive multi-functional team (Plant) to ensure NPI events on time at the plant. Responsible of kaizen & knowledge sharing to ensure Continuous Improvement throughout the process. Adherence on HSE Procedures and support initiatives. Follow APQP process according with AIAG standards. Adherence to PEP. Suggest NPI, Application & Product engineers to improve product quality. Coordinates execution of preproduction plan within required specific machines and/or specific lines. Responsible to develop overall program strategy at Plant level to meet Program milestones on time. RequirementsExperiência y requisitosBachelor's Degree 3-5 year experience in product development and pre-production runs/builds. Project Management skills. Bilingual (Spanish-English). Familiar with Automotive Industry processes (e.g. APQP, Change control, SAP, and drawing/specification). Knowledge on capacity planning based on line configuration and modules for manufacturing. Familiar with machining equipment and assembly of products desirable.
