Join to apply for the Paid Search Strategist role at MindgruveAbout UsMindgruve is a digital marketing agency providing consultancy to global brands.With years of experience in sales channel management, content optimization, and advertising, we leverage proven technology to increase revenue and profitability for our clients.Today, we are recognized by Inc. 5,000 as one of America's fastest-growing companies, with over 100 members worldwide.Our headquarters are in San Diego, with offices in the US, Mexico, Brazil and UK.LocationMexico City / HybridJob SummaryMindgruve is seeking a self-motivated, results-driven Paid Search Strategist with a focus on paid search / PPC / SEM.Our ideal candidate will proactively identify SEM/PPC opportunities while staying up to date on the latest trends and best practices within the SEM industry.We Need a Person WithBachelor's degree – preferably in marketing, communications or business administration3-5 years of paid search and online marketing experience in an agency settingExpertise with Google AdWords and Microsoft Advertising.Doubleclick experience a plus.Strong knowledge of and experience with analytics and testing toolsUnderstanding of direct response and interactive marketing best practicesProficiency in the Microsoft Office software Suite and Apple Productivity Apps (Pages, Keynote & Numbers)Ability to work both independently and in a team environmentProfessional and personal integrityExperience managing large paid search digital marketing media budgets and hitting monthly goals for spend, revenue and key performance metricsA detail-oriented mindset, focused on driving results and analyzing data to gain insights and opportunities for growthExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrategic thinker with strong analytical skillsExperience with online bid management platformsFamiliarity with online media planning / buying and performance metricsAdWords certificationWhat You'll Do HereTrack, measure and report performance media campaigns across multiple advertising servicesOptimize performance media campaigns across multiple advertising servicesSupport performance media team in developing strategies as well as the day to day management of accountsCreation and interpretation of client program analysis and reporting (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, ad-hoc)Provide subject matter expertise on performance media, web analytics, user experience and behavior, data analysis and reportingResponsible for coordination and tracking of regular performance media tasks as well as ad-hoc deliverablesCreate data-driven insights about visitor behavior from website data on traffic patterns, order volume, conversion, navigation behavior, product selections, etc.Identification of opportunities for efficiencies in processes (i.E.
