General Manager – LATAM (Sales Leadership)Location : Mexico CitySector : Telecoms, Utilities, Transportation & GovernmentReporting to : VP SalesA global technology company is seeking a highly driven General Manager for LATAM to lead regional sales and accelerate business growth across Communication Service Providers, Utilities, Transportation and Government sectors.About the RoleThis leadership position is responsible for steering all commercial activity in LATAM, expanding market presence, and achieving ambitious annual sales targets across products, services and maintenance.You will manage a high-performing sales organisation, strengthen customer relationships, and drive strategic initiatives to support long-term growth.Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business GrowthAchieve and exceed annual sales targets for products, services and maintenanceGrow regional sales through strategic planning, market development and new customer acquisitionMaximise opportunities within existing accounts while securing new clientsDrive both direct and indirect (channel) sales initiativesCustomer EngagementBuild and maintain strong relationships at all levels, including C-SuiteDevelop strategic partnerships to support scalability across LATAMLeverage an existing network within major regional service providers and utilitiesEnsure high levels of customer satisfactionTeam LeadershipLead and mentor Sales and Pre-Sales Engineers to consistent overachievementPromote clear, repeatable sales processes and accurate forecastingMaintain high professional standards across all team activitiesBusiness & Market InsightStay informed on market shifts, competitor activity and macro-economic trendsDefine and refine the company's value proposition for the LATAM marketConduct quarterly business reviews, prepare annual sales plans, and run weekly pipeline and revenue forecastsLead targeted sales campaignsCross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with Business Operations, Finance, Pre-Sales, Product Management, Services and R&D teams to ensure execution excellence.About YouExperienceExtensive sales leadership experience within LATAMStrong background in telecom solutions and selling into Service Providers / TelcosProven success selling to C-Suite executivesStrong track record in Government and Utility sectors across the regionWell-established industry contacts across major LATAM playersKnowledge & SkillsDeep understanding of the telecoms and B2B landscapeExcellent negotiation, leadership and stakeholder management skillsSuperior command of English (professional level)Fluency in Spanish (required)Additional regional languages a plus #J Ljbffr #J-18808-Ljbffr
