OverviewOfertas de Creative Strategist Google And YouTubeLiderar la estrategia digital y de performance de la marca, impulsando crecimiento, conversión y eficiencia en canales digitales mediante decisiones basadas en datos.Definir y ejecutar la estrategia de paid media y performance (Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube)Administrar presupuestos, audiencias, creatividades y funnels de conversiónMonitorear y optimizar KPIs (CPA, ROAS, CTR, conversiones)Generar reportes e insights accionables para la toma de decisionesCoordinarse con equipos internos y agencias externas+5 años de experiencia en marketing digital / performanceEjecución directa y optimización de campañas paid mediaMentalidad analítica, enfoque a resultados y ownership end-to-endDeseable experiencia en marcas premium / e-commerceResponsibilitiesOperación de e-commerce: revisión de pedidos, estatus, seguimiento e incidencias.Carga/actualización de productos: títulos, descripciones, variantes, precios y fotos (con lineamientos).Contenido comercial: grabación con celular y edición básica de video corto (formato 9:16).Apoyo en redes: programación de publicaciones y preparación de piezas (formatos y copys simples).Apoyo en campañas: armado de materiales, revisión de enlaces, UTM básicos y checklist de lanzamientos.Reportes básicos: control de avances, pendientes y resultados en Google Sheets.Ser estudiante o practicante con interés real en marketing digital y e-commerce.Buena redacción y ortografía.Orden y seguimiento: capacidad para trabajar con checklists y procesos.Bases de edición: cortes, subtítulos, audio básico y exportación correcta (9:16).Manejo de herramientas: Google Sheets/Drive, WhatsApp y correo.Canva (ejecución rápida).CapCut / Premiere / DaVinciNociones de Mercado Libre / TikTok Shop / Shopify / WooCommerce.Nociones de Meta Ads / TikTok Ads (solo para entender el flujo).Apoyo económico como becario(a) (según perfil y horario).Experiencia real en e-commerce y marketing orientado a resultados.Capacitación y posibilidad de contratación fija si hay buen desempeño.Procesos claros y seguimiento.Location & TypeUbicación: Toluca, Méx.
