Senior Product Designer – Experiencias Digitales Complejas (Banca / Fintech)📍 CDMX | Híbrido (3 días en oficina – cerca de Metro Auditorio)🏦 Experiencia previa en Banca (mínimo 3 años)Buscamos un/a Senior Product Designer con fuerte orientación a impacto, capaz de liderar decisiones de diseño en productos digitales complejos, regulados y de alto tráfico, balanceando experiencia de usuario, objetivos de negocio y viabilidad técnica.Diseñar y evolucionar experiencias digitales bancarias (web y mobile) centradas en el usuario.Influir en decisiones estratégicas de diseño que impactan productos financieros a gran escala.Mapear y optimizar customer journeys end-to-end, desde el descubrimiento hasta la finalización.Aplicar Design Thinking, UX Research y pruebas con usuarios para validar soluciones.Colaborar de forma cercana con Product, Ingeniería, Marketing, Analytics y Negocio.Trabajar con Design Systems, contribuyendo a su evolución y escalabilidad.Garantizar que los diseños cumplan con altos estándares de accesibilidad (WCAG 2 Mobile).Traducir conceptos complejos en entregables visuales claros y accionables para desarrollo.Ser referente y mentor/a dentro de la comunidad de diseño, impulsando buenas prácticas.8 años de experiencia comprobable liderando diseño end-to-end en productos digitales complejos (banca, fintech, enterprise o plataformas internas).Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en Banca o productos financieros.Inglés 100% bilingüe (interacción constante con equipos globales).Licenciatura o Maestría en Diseño, Ingeniería, Humanidades o afín (o experiencia equivalente).Dominio de UX, Design Thinking, UCD, investigación y pruebas de usuario.Alto conocimiento en accesibilidad digital (WCAG2 Mobile).Experiencia sólida con Figma, Sketch, Adobe, InVision, Axure, Proto.io, etc.Alta agudeza técnica y entendimiento de tecnologías front-end y sus limitaciones.Portafolio sólido que muestre proceso, pensamiento crítico y solución de problemas.Mentalidad de crecimiento, apertura a la retroalimentación y enfoque en mejora continua.🌟 Será un plus si tienes (Deseable)Experiencia en Fintech u otros productos financieros digitales.Animación de microinteracciones (After Effects, Lottie).Experiencia ejecutando investigación UX en entornos ágiles. #J-18808-Ljbffr
