With deep industry expertise and strong global partnerships, we provide innovative solutions that reduce risk, lower costs, and ensure smooth operations.Role DescriptionWe are seeking a full-time, remote B2B Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales operations.The Sales Manager will oversee business development initiatives, establish and maintain strong client relationships, and consistently achieve sales targets. This role includes developing and executing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, conducting market analysis, and building and managing a high-performing sales team to ensure profitability.The role requires active participation in the hiring process, sales team development, and hands-on selling. The Sales Manager is also expected to generate their own clients while leading a 24/7 intake sales team. Fluency in English and Spanish is required.Job HighlightsMonthly Compensation: USD $1,500 – $2,000 + commission10% commission on profit from your own clients1% commission on profit generated by team members reporting to youHours: 40 hours per weekSchedule: Monday to Friday Work Arrangement: 100% Remote (Work from Home)Contract Type: Independent ContractorResponsibilitiesOversee day-to-day operations of the intake sales team to ensure timely and effective lead handlingDevelop and implement strategies to improve conversion rates and overall client experienceProvide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and performance feedbackConduct training sessions to strengthen sales techniques and client communication skillsAnalyze sales team performance metrics and prepare reports with insights and recommendations for leadershipIdentify workflow gaps and implement solutions to improve efficiency and conversion outcomesMaintain and optimize intake scripts, communication templates, and CRM processesFoster a positive, professional, and results-driven team cultureParticipate in management meetings to align sales operations with business objectivesActively sell and build your own client portfolioUtilize CRM systems (Salesforce experience required)RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business or a related fieldFully bilingual in English and Spanish5–8 years of management experience leading sales or intake teamsPrior B2B distribution experience preferredProven ability to improve sales performance or conversion rates using data-driven strategiesStrong leadership, communication, and organizational skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environmentProficiency with CRM systems, reporting tools, and digital communication platformsCandidates must be based in Mexico, Argentina, Colombia, or other Spanish-speaking countriesTwo professional references from previous employersIndependent Contractor PerksPermanent work-from-home opportunityImmediate hiringSide NoteAs this is a permanent remote position under an Independent Contractor arrangement, selected candidates must provide their own computer and reliable internet connection.
