Sales Manager profile:We are looking for a Sales Manager to help us expand our customer acquisition in the Mexico market by keeping our company competitive and innovative.You will be responsible for growing a team of health coordinators, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management.Our organization is very successful in Europe, and we are now expanding our service to the American market.Immucura is an international provider of non-invasive cancer support treatments, based on immunotherapy with dendritic cells.Our treatments are scientifically advanced, together with personalized and empathetic patient care throughout the process We offer our customers products that require explanation, which means that a key ability is to explain our medical treatments with clarity, and to be an emphatic communicator.Our Health Coordinators are the critical frontliners of our organization.That's why we are looking for a highly motivated and skilled person, who can perform the task of a health coordinator in the beginning as well as starting to recruit and train more members to build a team.The health coordinators take care of existing leads, they are not cold calls.**Responsibilities**:- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully creating and managing a team of health coordinators- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company's customer base and ensure a strong presence- Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of health coordinators- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management teamRequirements and skills- Degree in business administration or a related field- Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets- Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences- Interest in medical research and health programs- Digital knowledge and usage of CRM tools is an advantage- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization- Strong business sense and industry expertise- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills- Experience in medical field is an advantageAbility to commute/relocate:- Monterrey, N. L.: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
