Responsibilities Design, implement, manage, and control the sales strategy at the company to achieve results in all incumbent retail environments, focusing on profitability and adherence to the commercial budget, with market share aligned to the annual plan. Build strong commercial relationships at Sub-Direction or Direction levels across all functional areas of our customers. Understand drivers of business performance, trends, and opportunities at the customer and channel level; provide vision and strategic thinking to anticipate future needs and recommend business-building ideas. Generate channel vision and short- and long-term retail environment strategy to develop profitable growth in the channel and with top customers, ensuring the achievement of commercial and financial targets. Develop the Customer development (Sales) Annual Business Plan and winning strategies for all channels and customers. Influence and collaborate to enable the IBP process aligned with the customer strategy and planning process. Develop, gain, and maintain engagement and strategic cross-functional alignment with customers and work toward defined JBP to deliver Edgewell and customer strategic and financial targets. Lead and implement strategies to increase sales across distribution channels in the country. Define and optimize brand/trade activities with the commercial group to increase market share, numeric distribution and average distribution for all brands. Lead local and international negotiations with the Company22s main customers, participating in global/regional meetings. Lead internally the cross-functional team to align the customers’ plans and goals to Edgewell and develop the required plans and tools to achieve High Performance Collaboration. Provide timely visibility to the company about current plans, risks, and opportunities and develop the strategy to be successful in the channel across retail environments. Create and develop team engagement that creates a sense of belonging and commitment with the company, strengthening the team’s voice to local and regional leadership. Work with Marketing and Trade to define and implement growth strategies by brand, channel, and geographic area. Develop the Company’s annual Sales/trade plan by retail environment. Audit and oversee proper execution and compliance with the Company’s policies and procedures in all distribution channels. Responsible for compliance with the sales budget and collections, Deflator and Indirect Overhead (Sales Outsourcing). Lead the Sales Team in achieving profitability and market share goals by business line. Lead category implementation processes and shopper/merchandising execution guidelines for all brands with Trade. Develop the professional growth of direct reports and high-potential groups to motivate results and reinforce succession plans. Specific Accountabilities Build strong relationship interdependencies with back office staff within local markets and hubs (HR, SC, Trade, Marketing) to ensure forecasting accuracy and Working Capital metrics. Maintain a healthy work environment with strong influence, strategic skills, and hands-on business involvement; demonstrate change management and multitasking ability. This position leads 5 senior Sales Teammates that can expand as needed to service the whole country’s retail environment needs. Required Skills And Experience Major in Business Administration, Economics or Engineering. Experience in Modern Trade and Traditional Trade Management mandatory. Advanced English language. Strong financial and negotiation skills. Strong presentation and communication skills. 10-15 years of experience in: Sales strategies development Annual business plan management Strong negotiation Management and understanding of statistic report (Syndicated Data) Exhibition and merchandising strategies Clients / Customer quality relationships Business management People leadership High representative of the organization Preferred Skills And Experience Preferred Sales / Strategic Management post degree. Marketing / Trade Marketing / Strategic Management preferred experience. Working Relationships Reports to National Sales Manager. Key internal relationships include Marketing, Trade Marketing, Business Intelligence, Supply Chain and Finance. External engagement includes key customers and business partners. This position has 5 direct reports including: Key Account Manager, Business Developer Executive and Sr. Key Account Manager, etc. Work Environment Travel upon business needs (domestic and international).
