**Vacante para la empresa Sequoia Connect en Benito Juárez, Ciudad de México**:Our Client is a leading Modernization and digital engineering Company.Our Client provides modernization services using its proprietary Platformation approach.It specializes in cloud and data modernization, Microsoft Dynamics Modernization, Digital contact center setup and management, managed cloud services, and digital transformation services.Founded in ****, the company has since grown to have a presence in North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific.Our Client has partnerships with leading technology providers such as Microsoft, Amazon, and Google, among others, and has received several awards and recognition for its services.Focusing on innovation and customer-centricity, Our Client aims to help businesses accelerate their modernization and digital transformation journeys.The Group operates in key industries that drive economic growth, enjoying leadership in the construction, financial, and technology industries.We are currently searching for a **Senior Systems Engineer(Service Now developer)**:**Responsibilities**:- Implement and support remote access solutions: Terminal Services, licensing services.- Complete system documentation, including system reviews and recommendations.- Communicate with customers to keep them informed of incident progress, notifying them of impending changes or agreed outages.- Manage Patch Management, DNS, DHCP, Print & File Serving, Terminal Services, AD/Group Policy.- Escalate service issues that cannot be completed within agreed service levels.- Document internal processes and procedures related to duties and responsibilities.- Perform other related duties as required and assigned.- Demonstrate behaviors aligned with the organization's desired culture and values.**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.- 10+ years of relevant work experience.- Ability to be on-call 24/7 in cases of emergencies.- Knowledge of vKernal, vCenter, Horizon View, Convertor, SRM.- Knowledge of Wyse, HP Thin Clients.- Knowledge of SQL Server **** R2 STD/**** STD/Enterprise.**Desired**:- Experience with ServiceNow is a plus.- Strong communication and collaboration skills.- Ability to troubleshoot complex systems and resolve issues effectively.**Languages**:- Advanced Oral English.- Native Spanish.**Note**:- **Hybrid (Guadalajara and Mexico City).****Nível de educación deseada**:Superior - titulado**Nível de experiência deseada**:Nível Experto**Función departamental**:Mantenimiento y reparaciones**Industria**:Desarrollo de Software / Programación**Habilidades**:- ServiceNow- Patch Management- Active Directory- vCenter- SQL Server
