**Vacante para la empresa Sequoia Connect en Benito Juárez, Ciudad de México**:Our Client is a leading Modernization and digital engineering Company.Our Client provides modernization services using its proprietary Platformation approach.It specializes in cloud and data modernization, Microsoft Dynamics Modernization, Digital contact center setup and management, managed cloud services, and digital transformation services.Founded in ****, the company has since grown to have a presence in North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific.Our Client has partnerships with leading technology providers such as Microsoft, Amazon, and Google, among others, and has received several awards and recognition for its services.Focusing on innovation and customer-centricity, Our Client aims to help businesses accelerate their modernization and digital transformation journeys.The Group operates in key industries that drive economic growth, enjoying leadership in the construction, financial, and technology industries.We are currently searching for a **Senior Applications Systems Analyst(Service Now Analyst)**:**Responsibilities**:- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs, analyze existing processes, and identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and automation using ServiceNow.- Design ServiceNow solutions, including workflows and configurations, to align with established processes and fulfill specific business requirements.- Develop and execute test plans to ensure the accuracy, functionality, and reliability of implemented ServiceNow solutions.- Provide ongoing support for ServiceNow users, troubleshoot issues, and continuously optimize the platform to maintain high performance and stability.- Develop training materials and documentation to effectively educate users on ServiceNow features and best practices.- Actively monitor ServiceNow updates and industry trends, recommending and implementing enhancements to keep the platform at the forefront of ITSM capabilities.- Perform other related duties as required and assigned.- Demonstrate behaviors aligned with the organization's desired culture and values.**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.- 7+ years of relevant work experience.- Significant design experience in Relational Databases, Online Systems, and Web-Based Applications.- Must be highly proficient in Excel and Word.- Financial Services and, if possible, mortgage industry experience preferred.**Languages**:- Advanced Oral English.- Native Spanish.**Note**:- **Hybrid (Guadalajara and Mexico City).****Nível de educación deseada**:Superior - titulado**Nível de experiência deseada**:Nível Experto**Función departamental**:Manufactura / Operaciones**Industria**:Desarrollo de Software / Programación**Habilidades**:- ServiceNow- ITSM- Application Systems Analyst- Workflow Automation- Configuration Management
