**Must speak English.****Seeking a hardworking and dedicated professional to fill our business analyst role.This job will be onsite at our Guadalajara location.This is for a full time or part time position.****Business Analyst**:The business systems analyst partners with business stakeholders to serve as a primary contact for questions related to how the system works from both a business and technical perspective.The BA translates business requirements into technical specifications and partners with team members to develop logical technical processes.BSA can act as proxy product owner and is capable of representing priority and business needs in absence of the product owner.Plays an integral role in overall success of the product.Works with the Product Owners to define, prioritize and manage the objectives.You Will:- Inform business and product strategies by defining and updating core metrics for each initiative- Write specs as necessary to solve for business solutions- Evaluate and forecast impact of product features on creators, viewers, and the entire ecosystem- Design experiments to drive product direction with iterative innovation and measurement- Own data collection and product instrumentation implementation and quality assurance- Work with business, product, engineering, and design to influence and inform teammates' decisions throughout the initiative lifecycleYou Have:- 3+ years of business flow experience in a consumer internet business, or in a high-velocity, high-growth product or business unit- Project Spec writing for business solutions- Experience designing and assessing impact of experiments in a product development cycle- High level of comfort creating dashboards- Working on varied workloadsCommon Skill Sets- LEAN Agile- Agile Scrum- Agile Software Development- Waterfall- Interpersonal and Communication- Writing- Jd MBA- EXCEL**Experience**:- Business Analyst: 2 years (preferred)**Language**:- English (required)
