Job Summary
- To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a _Business Analyst _located in _Guadalajara, North_._
- Reporting to the Assistant Manager-IT, the Business Analyst role will act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and the technical team. The role involves gathering, analyzing, and documenting requirements, recommending process improvements, and ensuring that solutions align with organizational goals._

What a typical day looks like:

- _ Gather, analyze, and document business and functional data product and system requirements. Translate the business needs into applicable system design solutions through prototyping and configuration._
- _ Develop, communicate, and ensure that internal development and system standards,s and best practices are being utilized._

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

- _ BA/BS/MBA or equivalent work experience._
- _ Previous experience working in a Business Analyst Role._
- _ Advanced SQL queries experience._
- _ Experience in visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI._
- _ Experience in data management tools like Snowflake, Denodo will be valuable._
- _ Comfortable presenting complex, technical topics in an actionable manner._
- _ Advanced English level_
