Overview THE ROLE: Sr Associate Sourcing/ Procurement Governance will be responsible for overseeing and participating in implementing policies and procedures to maintain an effective procurement framework. The position will play key role for collaborating with cross-functional teams to stabilize and manage a source to pay process for handling policy requirements and exceptions, including the review, approval, problem definitions, address compliance issues, opportunity and solution recommendations and root cause analysis. Sr Associate will support in building and maintaining strong compliance mindset, putting in place a comprehensive compliance program and the necessary procedural infrastructure. He/she will work closely with all regions to ensure policy requirements are well integrated in transactions and documentation (Procedures, SOP, Work Instruction, Process Maps etc.) How You Would Contribute Defining the necessary level of knowledge on existing and emerging regulatory compliance requirements Act as a global expert on Sourcing/ Procurement governance and reporting issues Understand and track other related procurement policy requirements to be able to streamline procurement operation and enhance efficiency and ensure alignment with global policies and strategies Provide guidance, advice, and training programs, to improve understanding of policies and procedures. Establish and maintain a record of operational procedures manuals Carry out operational risk assessments and compliance reviews to ensure procurement related policies and procedures are being followed Participate in projects implementing new standards or regulations and ensure that standard operating procedures are updated accordingly to global policies and procedures Build and maintain the compliance mindset in the organization, ensure that all employees are properly trained, and aware how they should raise the compliance questions Perform Segregation of Duties Review to ensure a robust control environment and support monitoring and improving procurement Work effectively and partner with other key internal stakeholders across all regions (Region Management, Finance, SOX, Legal, Information Systems) Key role for the Global Strategic Sourcing departments procure to pay process by enhancing efficiency, strengthening governance, and ensuring long‑term scalability of Herbalife’s procure‑to‑pay processes integrated with SOX and Controllership. Qualifications SKILLS AND BACKGROUND REQUIRED TO BE SUCCESSFUL: 5 years of relevant functional experience with a focus on policy and data governance, audit, legal, project/ service management Work effectively with cross‑functional teams and build strong relationships with stakeholders to manage policy and process changing initiatives from concept to implementation and evaluation Strong understanding of corporate operations, including source to pay operations, compliance support and corporate policies and procedures. Self‑motivated and proactive team player, who has strong organizational and problem‑solving skills and high attention to detail with excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Advanced computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, Power BI, various software packages) Experience in Audit/Operational Risk and Process Control is an asset Fluent in English, any other language is an asset Education Bachelor’s degree or university degree, ideally Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Finances or equivalent combination of education and experience #J-18808-Ljbffr
