Descripción y detalle de las actividadesMetas Generales y principales de Becarios RPS:1. Identificar Oportunidad para llevar a cabo eventos Kaizen con un barrido por líneas o áreas.Asegurar la meta de 2 eventos por mes en fase de identificación y planeación por 4 meses2. Identificar y explorar 3 proyectos de reducción de HC, en donde la automatización sea la clave de la mejora.3. Implementar proyecto automatizado de auditorias de 5Ss con entregables, % de cumplimiento, puntuaciones, etc.Programar fase de lanzamiento y prueba de evaluación*.4. Desarrollar "CONTROL TOWER" de todo recorrido Gemba implementado en los MDIs (T2).Reporte de efectividad, cumplimiento, nível GYR, etc.Meta mes 3 al mes 6.5.
