**Property Manager**:**Take your next career step at ABB with a global team that is energizing the transformation of society and industry to achieve a more productive, sustainable future.At ABB, we have the clear goal of driving diversity and inclusion across all dimensions: gender, LGBTQ+, abilities, ethnicity and generations.Together, we are embarking on a journey where each and every one of us, individually and collectively, welcomes and celebrates individual differences.**:As a Property Manager you will manage a Real Estate property/portfolio and implement the Real Estate strategy to improve profitability and costs effectiveness and meet established goals.**This position reports to**:Real Estate Manager**Your responsibilities**:- Manages a portfolio of facilities, resources and/or associated activities and services required by the organization.- Develops and implements measures to achieve cost-effective improvements in real estates assets and services to support operations, increase business satisfaction and ensure compliance with all policies and regulations.- Develops and manages strong long-term relations with external partners.Negotiates costs, contract terms, design/service features and schedules with suppliers, contractors, and business partners.Monitors and reviews on-going performance and addresses issues as necessary.- Participates in developing the strategic plans and plays a key role in developing the real estate master plan.- Manage space planning and efficient allocation and administration of space utilization in occupied buildings.**Your background**:- Bachelor's Degree completed.- 5+ years of experience in Real Estate.- Experience in CMMS.- Project management experience is a plus.- Previous management/leadership experience.- Fluent English.- SAP knowledge is a plus.**More about us**:
