This role will work closely with the Regional HR Business Partners to ensure the seamless execution of HR processes and contribute to a positive employee experience across the organization. This position is ideal for a proactive individual with a strong understanding of HR operations, a commitment to excellence, and the emotional intelligence to navigate complex situations with professionalism and discretion.**Key Responsibilities*** Oversee daily HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, employee relations, benefits, and HR data management.* Advise employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and tools.* Support company-wide initiatives such as performance management, compensation planning, workforce planning, and organizational change.* Assist with performance reviews, calibration, and compensation recommendations in line with corporate guidelines.* Identify and propose process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and employee satisfaction.* Contribute to People analytics efforts to support data-driven decision-making.**Qualifications*** Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.* Minimum of **5 years of experience** in Human Resources, with a strong focus on HR operations.* Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work in a dynamic environment.* Demonstrated initiative and a proactive approach to problem-solving.* High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.* Experience with HR systems and tools is preferred.**Come as You Are****Nasdaq is an equal opportunity employer.
