HEAD OF CONSTRUCTION PROPOSALS AND ENGINEERINGTasks and Responsibilities:- Represent the Company internally and externally in the development and implementation of construction concepts, plans, and estimates required to support Company's proposals to Clients and to support construction execution for assigned projects.- Recommend new processes where needed to improve safety, quality, efficiency or on-time delivery.- Responsible the Company's construction proposal work and its construction engineering required for project execution.Assure thorough transition from the proposal phase to the execution phase within the Construction Department.- Utilize Construction management methodologies, system and tools recognized as standards for industrial construction and as defined by the Company.Skills Required:- Possess a broad understanding of each construction discipline.- Effective skills in pricing the cost of construction staffing, construction site indirect costs, and construction Subcontract costs.- Effective management and leadership skills.Education and Experience Required:- Industrial Engineer, Civil Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, Chemical Engineer- Experience 5 yearsOfrecemos:Sueldo competitivoSGMMSeguro de VidaSeguro DentalCaja de AhorroFondo de AhorroAguinaldo 30 díasUtilidadesEntre otras prestacionesSi cumples con el perfil, Postúlate
