Overview- Align the ServiceNow platform capabilities to business strategy and ServiceNow roadmap.- Develop, test, and implement new capabilities on the ServiceNow platform- Assist with ServiceNow upgrades, action skipped changes, and create/run tests.- Stay current on ServiceNow products and applicable integrated technologies.- Produce and maintain functional and user documentation for programmed software- Support with analysis and rectification of relevant customer incidents**assets**:- 3+ years as a ServiceNow Developer with experience developing in any of the following areas:- Order Management for Telecom: SDWAN PDM, Decision tables, Characteristics, Yang Model and TMF APIs- ITSM: Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog- CSM: Case Management, B2B and B2C profile setup, Agent Workspace, Communities- Expert in ServiceNOW Flow Designer, Workflow, Order Guides, Virtual Agent Topics, Integration Hub, ACLs, MacroAdvantage if you have prior experience in Quotations, Order Management, Product Catalog, Product Inventory and Fulfilment in B2B Telco business. Bonus points if you have experience with IT Operations Management (ITOM): specifically with Event Management, Performance Analytics, Dashboards and GRC- ServiceNow Certified Administrator- ServiceNow Certified Customer Service Management- ServiceNow Certified IT Service Management- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer- ITIL Foundations
