**Job title: Inside Sales Representative**Company: Rotoplas Group/Acuantia**Job description**:We are seeking reliable and energetic professionals to join our team as an Inside Sales Representative.This individual must be able to demonstrate enthusiasm by representing and promoting the products and services we offer through solution selling, answering common questions and providing information to solve customer needs.They will be responsible for answering all incoming customer leads and turning those into sales.Our Inside Sales Representative are often our customers first point of contact, so we want individuals interested in our field with a commitment to customer satisfaction.Customer satisfaction for our team is determining the best product solution to their need (problem), selecting, and explaining the best product solution to solve the problem (seizing opportunities to upsell products when they arise) and ensuring the customer is satisfied with their purchase.**Responsibilities**:- Manage a large volume of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner- Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives- Keep detailed customer records of all conversations in our database in a comprehensible way- Meet personal and team targets/goals- Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals- To have a deep understanding of the storage tank industry and become an expert**Qualifications and Skills**:- Minimum of three years of sales experience- Ability to interact with customers operations and management in a professional manner manage resources effectively- Excellent English communication skills (documentation, listening/reading/writing/speaking)- Provide a positive, friendly collaborative attitude in a team environment- Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, data entry, software systems)- Ability to type 45 Words per minute- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment- Demonstrate excellent attendance and be able to adhere to a set schedule- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience- Preferred experience in: Salesforce and Magento- Must be able to pass a social labor check and medical exam- Must have a valid tourist visa to travel to the USA for training**About Acuantia**:Acuantia, Inc. is a national team of people who are passionate about protecting public health and our planet.Acuantia is a brand of the Rotoplas Group, a leading company in America that provides solutions for the storage, conveyance, treatment, and recycling of water.With 40 years of experience in the industry and 18 plants in operation in North America, Rotoplas has presence in 14 countries and a portfolio that includes 27 lines of products and services.Acuantia and its associated brands including Tank Depot, seeks to provide comprehensive solutions to care for and accompany water in its natural cycle and ensure its access for future generations.We distribute a wide variety of tanks in popular categories including water, chemical, fuel storage, and rain harvesting tanks/kits.With our partners, we serve a diverse variety of industries including homeowners, municipalities, plumbing, construction, engineering, and farming.Pay: From $28,****** per monthApplication Question(s):- What type of sales have you done?- Do you have experience with inside sales?- What city do you live in?- Do you have a valid visa and ability to travel to the United states for training?- Are you able to successfully pass a social labor check and physical exam?**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- sales: 3 years (required)- ecommerce: 2 years (preferred)- Salesforce: 2 years (preferred)- Magento: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- English (required)
