**Inside Sales Representative**Let us introduce you to XL.net.We are the best and fastest growing outsourced IT Service Provider in the Chicago area, with no plans to slow down.We have a unique approach to our success.We combine leading technical automation and tools, operational processes and effective training with super-talented XLnetters and grade-A leaders.We provide solutions and deliver results to our companies making them loyal customers.We provide services you will be proud to represent for a company you will be proud to represent.**Why XL.net?****What would make us even more successful?**XL.net is looking for an awesome Inside Sales Representative to join our Sales team.This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.CST.We are already unparalleled in the solutions that we offer to our customers, but we know the other half to our success is acquiring the best employees to deliver those solutions.We are looking for those with the abilities to multitask, problem-solve, proactively answer the "How-to" questions and work collaboratively with the XL.net team.Outstanding listening and communication skills are a must, for it is imperative that our potential clients get the best service we have to offer.Navigating challenging situations in a professional manner, while articulating confident solutions to our customers' concerns and needs will make you successful in this role.**Our Vision**: Striving to build a culture that is continuously improving our clients' productivity**Our Core Focus**:Enabling and accelerating innovation in SMBs to solve and change the world**Our Culture**:Customer satisfaction, teamwork and personal growth**Our Benefits**- Health and Medical Insurance- Bonus Opportunities- Vacation Plan- Certification Reimbursement**Individual Responsibilities**:- Identify prospective clients through various channels such as but not limited to competitor website searching, LinkedIn, referrals, and market research.- Reach out and introduce the company and services to prospective clients through cold and warm calls using a defined script.- Maintain positive business and client relationship through quarterly verification of client address.- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends through market and competitor research.- Be in charge of the management of Great Crewhu ratings along with the comments as well as Google Reviews- Maintain prospect records for sales database.- Continuously improve sales script and presentations thru feedback- Preparation of periodic sales reports as needed and required for monitoring.- Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.**Technical Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or any of the related field- Preferably with experience in both Marketing and Sales- With a basic understanding of sales process and dynamics- Knowledgeable in lead generation- Familiarity with MS Office, Google Workspace, and phone systems**Skills**:- Clear communication capabilities to our clients- High attention to detail while working in a fast-paced environment- Strong verbal, written, telephone and customer service skills- Ability to work both in a team environment and as an individual- Desire to continually learn new technologies and improve skill set**Salary Offer: $1,500 monthly up to $3k/month in additional commission**Pay: From $25,****** per month**Experience**:- Inside Sales: 5 years (required)**Language**:- English (required)Expected Start Date: 11/11/2024
