At Tetra Pak we commit to making food safe and available, everywhere; and we protect what's good - protecting food, protecting people, and protecting the planet.By doing so we touch millions of people's lives every day._- And we need people like you to make it happen._**_We empower you to reach your potential with opportunities to make an impact to be proud of - for food, people and the planet._****Job Summary**:We are looking for Planned Maintenance Shift Engineer (Automation Engineer Jr) focused in Automation area, who will be responsible for ensuring the productivity and delivery of the production machinery following Tetra Pak's continuous improvement methodology and quality parametersThe position is based in Queretaro, Mexico, reporting to Planned Maintenance Leader.You must be able to rotate shifts.Tetra Pak is not sponsoring work visas or relocation for this position.**What you will do**:As a Planned Maintenance Shift Engineer, (Automation Engineer Jr) you will:- Review, support and corrections of process equipment through mechanical and electrical diagnostics, via PLC (Siemens).- Development of improvements through low-cost automation- Create the prioritization of the agenda based on production needs and the maintenance calendar.- Support the pillar in terms of KPIs / objectives achieved.- Participation in WCM continuous improvement teams.- Promote World Class Manufacturing activities (PM = Planned Maintenance / AM = Autonomous Maintenance) on a day-to-day basis with the team's staff.- Support the pillar in terms of the execution of the KAI's (Key Activity Indicators).- Provide training to production operators team in AM and maintenance routines.- Solve non-routine or chronic problems related to technical or machine issues.- Coordination and active participation in failure analysis of machine breakdowns.- Execution of planned maintenance activities.**We believe you have**:- You must be able to rotate shifts.- Bachelor's degree in engineering: Mechatronics, Automation or related career.- Intermediate English language.- At least 2 years of experience inside a factory, working in maintenance area: preventive and corrective- PLC programming (Siemens) and solid knowledge of Drives (Siemens, Parker, etc)- Good knowledge in Mechanics, Hydraulics, Pneumatics and Electronics,- Management knowledge in SAP Excel level intermediate (Statistical Measurement, FX, Pivot tables, graphics, etc)- Nice to have knowledge in WCM or TPM methodology- Previous collaboration in KAIZEN and continuous improvement teams is a plus- Responsible, teamwork, collaboration, continuous improvement mindset.**We Offer You**- A variety of exciting challenges with ample opportunities for development and training in a truly global landscape- A culture that pioneers a spirit of innovation where our industry experts drive visible results- An equal opportunity employment experience that values diversity and inclusion- Market competitive compensation and benefits with flexible working arrangementsThis job posting expires on** February 6th, ****.**- Diversity, equity, and inclusion is an everyday part of how we work.We give people a place to belong and support to thrive, an environment where everyone can be comfortable being themselves and has equal opportunities to grow and succeed.We embrace difference, celebrate people for who they are, and for the diversity they bring that helps us better understand and connect with our customers and communities worldwide._
