If you want to be part of an inclusive, adaptable, and forward-thinking organization, apply now.We are currently seeking an Events Advisor to join our team.The Events Advisor is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing a variety of events to support organizational goals and enhance engagement. This role involves managing event logistics, liaising with vendors, and ensuring that events run smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in event planning and management.Responsibilities include but not limited to:Brainstorming and building comprehensive event plansCoordinating event plans across diverse teamsManaging budgets and invoices on timeLiaising with vendors and managing contractsNegotiating event sponsorship dealsHandling on-site logisticsPresenting plans to senior leadersManaging consistent brand-approved communications and creative contentExecuting strong event feedback surveysObtaining permitsDevelop and implement event plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless event execution.Oversee event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and transportation.Manage event promotion and marketing efforts to maximize attendance and engagement.Monitor and evaluate event success, providing feedback reports and recommendations for future improvements.Requirements:Minimum of eight years of relevant marketing experience.Bachelor's degree in marketing, public relations, communications, hospitality, or an equivalent combination of event certification and work experience.Willingness and ability to travel to events and oversee onsite logistics.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proven ability to collaborate with and motivate teams to achieve shared objectives effectively.Additional skills and experience:Client Resource Management (Salesforce) and Marketing Tools experience (Stova)Good leadership and fast decision-making abilitiesSkilled in risk managementAbout NTT DATANTT DATA is a $30 billion trusted global innovator of business and technology services.
