We are looking for a Mexico-based freelance Recruitment Specialist to join our international HR team. This role is responsible for sourcing and hiring Sales Representatives across the United States for our Italy-based company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in headhunting, talent sourcing, and recruitment strategies, with proven expertise using ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and similar platforms.Key Responsibilities: Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding, for remote Sales Representatives in the USA Actively source high-quality candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Glassdoor, and other job platforms Conduct CV screening, initial interviews, and guide candidates through the hiring process Utilize ATS systems (Teamtailor experience is a strong plus) to efficiently track and manage candidates Ensure weekly KPI targets for sourcing and interviewing are consistently met Stay up to date with market trends to continuously improve recruitment strategies Requirements: Degree in Psychology, Business, Human Resources, or a related field Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably as a headhunter or in an agency setting Extensive experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and Glassdoor Proficiency in using ATS platforms Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Fluent English (C1 level or higher) Strong results-driven mindset with the ability to meet recruitment KPIs Contract Details: Freelance contract Full-time: 8 hours/day, 5 days/week Work remotely from Mexico What We Offer: A dynamic and fast-growing international work environment Competitive compensation Performance-based incentives Professional development opportunities All applications must be submitted exclusively through our recruitment portal.
