🌟 Resource Management Specialist 📍 Remote — Mexico / Colombia 💲 USD $13 per hourWe’re looking for a detail-oriented Resource Management Specialist to support the full lifecycle of contingent resources. In this role, you’ll handle onboarding, offboarding, time reporting, invoicing, and recruitment coordination—working closely with vendor partners, internal teams, ITAM, and Accounts Payable to ensure smooth processes and compliance.Key Responsibilities:Manage onboarding/offboarding in Workday and KantataCoordinate vendor onboarding, system access, and equipment requestsCreate Smart tickets, manage laptop requests, and send welcome communicationsTrack time reporting and audit monthly utilizationReconcile invoices with timesheets and POs; resolve discrepanciesHandle PO requests, updates, closures, and identify unused balancesSupport recruitment scheduling and vendor communicationAssist in audit prep and internal reportingMust Haves:5+ years in resource management (onboarding, invoicing, vendor coordination)Experience supporting recruitmentStrong skills in Kantata, Workday, MS Office, and invoice processingExcellent communication, attention to detail, and multitaskingNice to Have:Certifications in IT support or resource managementApply now
