Game Development DirectorRESPONSABILITIES:Lead efforts to grow game development capabilities across co-development, porting, tools creation, and technical solutions for AAA gaming Build and mentor an outstanding team of developers, fostering collaboration, creativity, and technical excellence in LatAm and globally Define technical strategies while providing guidance in architecture, systems design, optimization, and performance tuning for flagship gaming projects Engage directly with gaming studios to understand needs, deliver tailored solutions, and identify key growth opportunities Facilitate integration and collaboration between LatAm teams and Customer's global network to maintain delivery consistency and technological alignment Solve complex technical challenges spanning game engines, rendering pipelines, and gameplay systems to achieve impactful outcomes Champion emerging technologies, tools, and approaches to continuously refine Customer's game development capabilities Drive business development by identifying new opportunities and expanding cross-border partnerships in gaming REQUIREMENTS:10+ years of expertise in game development, with demonstrated leadership roles in AAA projects, co-development, or technical direction Advanced proficiency in C++, Unreal Engine, Unity, and multi-platform development, with expertise in gameplay systems design, rendering, and optimization Proven experience leading distributed teams, ensuring seamless collaboration across regions and time zones Exceptional team-building abilities, inspiring and mentoring high-performing teams to achieve complex goals Outstanding communication skills and a track record of building strong, trust-based relationships with gaming studios A history of driving cutting-edge innovations and scalable solutions in game development Deep passion for gaming technologies, systems, and refinement of development processes
