ANALYZES INVENTORY TRANSACTIONS AND ADJUSTS RECORDS FOR DISCREPANCIES.Reviews invoices and Inv.Dist.Records (IDRs) to determine if Caterpillar Purchase are recorded into proper accounts and makes adjustments when necessary.2. PROVIDES COMPARATIVE COST DATA FOR EVALUATION OF EXISTING AND PROPOSED PRODUCTS.Reviews current costs, contacts plants for cost data and determines documents necessary to complete cost studies.3REVIEWS AND COMPILES PERIOD AND VARIABLE EXPENSE DATA.Reviews Cost Accounting Manual and mechanized list of expense allocations and assures period and variable expenses are allocated to appropriate burden pool.4. COMPILES AND COMPUTES VARIOUS STATISTICAL AND CASH FORECASTING DATA.Reviews and consolidates statistical data, performs calculations and prepares reports reflecting totals and variances from previous reports and cash forecast figures.5.
