Job Description:Our organization seeks a highly skilled Customer Experience Specialist to play a vital role in enhancing our brand reputation and customer loyalty.This position will be responsible for developing, monitoring, and improving the Net Promoter Score (NPS) across our network.The successful candidate will serve as the main point of contact for NPS policy implementation, training, performance evaluation, and continuous improvement of customer experience.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement company-wide NPS policy, including service standards and evaluation frameworks.Deliver training programs to stakeholders covering NPS methodology, customer care standards, and the full customer lifecycle.Guide and supervise stakeholders in executing effective customer care strategies that positively impact NPS.Analyze NPS data and performance metrics, identify root causes behind low scores, and collaborate with stakeholders to implement corrective action plans.Conduct on-site visits to assist in reviewing and enhancing NPS performance.Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment with customer-centric strategies.Track and report NPS trends, producing actionable insights and executive dashboards for internal stakeholders.Required Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.2–4 years of experience in customer satisfaction programs, stakeholder support, or CRM analytics in the industry.Solid knowledge of NPS methodology, customer journey mapping, and customer feedback systems.Excellent analytical skills and Excel management.English Professional proficiency required for internal reporting and global coordination.Willingness to travel for fieldwork responsibilities.We promote equal employment opportunities and respect for diversity.Our hiring decisions are based on each person's merits, competencies, and values, in strict compliance with legislation.
