Marketing VisionaryThe role of the Marketing Manager is to spearhead the overall marketing strategy and brand management for our Mexico subsidiary.This involves driving growth, enhancing market awareness, and fostering customer engagement.Develop a comprehensive annual marketing plan, incorporating strategies, campaigns, and brand positioning initiatives.Lead market research efforts, competitor analysis, and customer insights programs to inform data-driven decision making.Oversee digital marketing endeavors, content creation, and local market communication to effectively reach target audiences.Coordinate product launches, exhibitions, roadshows, and corporate public relations activities.Manage the marketing budget, ROI, vendor selection, and project execution to ensure efficient resource allocation.Support the sales team with marketing tools, product materials, and lead generation initiatives.Establish and maintain relationships with media outlets, partners, and government organizations to further business objectives.Align local marketing initiatives with global brand guidelines to ensure consistency across markets.Key Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields.At least 8 years of experience in marketing, preferably in B2B, industrial, automotive, or electronics sectors.Proven ability to manage integrated marketing campaigns and develop strategic brand plans.Strong analytical skills, creativity, and cross-cultural communication abilities.Fluent English; Spanish proficiency a plus.#J-*****-Ljbffr
