Outbound Call Center ManagerFull-Time | Remote | LATAM | 6-Month Probationary Period | Mexico City_Are you a proven sales leader who thrives in data, lives for results, and knows how to inspire teams to crush goals?We're looking for a high-performing Outbound Call Center Manager to help us lead and scale a fast-moving, remote outbound sales team.You'll work directly with team leads and agents to drive performance and partner with leadership to optimize the systems, tools, and workflows that power our outbound engine.Position SnapshotReports to : Outbound Sales DirectorDirect Reports : Team Leads and Sales TeamSupports : Consultative Sales Team, Appointment Setters, Recovery Team, and External Agency PartnersCollaborates With : Sales, Support, Operations, and MarketingProbationary Period : 6 months to assess performance, alignment, and leadership fitWhat You'll DoLead and manage the outbound team to exceed sales goals through coaching, strategic support, and daily executionSupport a mix of internal reps and external agencies, ensuring alignment, accountability, and consistent performanceOversee and resolve escalations, working cross-functionally to protect the customer experienceMonitor performance and pull reports from BigQuery Sheets, Salesforce, and Google Sheets to inform decisionsUse Vonage fluently to support daily team operationsProvide operational and leadership support to appointment setters, including call flow management and calendar alignmentOwn performance management, including regular coaching, reviews, improvement plans, and disciplinary action when neededRun meetings, trainings, and coaching calls confidently using Zoom, including screen sharing and breakout roomsCollaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Support to ensure outbound efforts are aligned with company goalsKey Performance Indicators (KPIs)You'll be expected to help drive and optimize the following core metrics :Revenue per Opportunity (RPO)Appointment Show RateAverage Order Value (AOV)Refund RateTotal Sales RevenueYou'll Thrive in This Role If YouHave 3 or more years of experience managing outbound sales teams, ideally in DTC, health, or direct responseHave worked in a fully remote company and managed offshore teamsKnow how to sell, coach, and lead with enthusiasm, accountability and clarityAre skilled at handling performance conversations and managing disciplinary action when neededAre confident using Zoom to run high-energy meetings, one-on-ones, and team trainingsAre comfortable pulling, analyzing, and interpreting performance data in BQ Sheets, Salesforce, and Google SheetsKnow how to use Vonage or a similar dialer to support outbound operationsBonus Points If YouUnderstand video sales lead funnels and how outbound sales integrates with themThrive in a fast-paced, high-ownership culture where testing and iteration are the normCompensation and PerksBase Salary : $3,500 - $5,000 per month (depending on experience)Tiered Commissions : $1,000 - $6,000 per month100% RemoteMission-driven culture with strong core values and a team that truly caresRegular performance reviews and growth conversationsProbationary Period : 6 months to assess performance, alignment, and leadership fitHigh-accountability, high-support team cultureTech RequirementsExcellent English (spoken and written)Octane Speed of 20,000+ Test hereBackup internet and power solutionsReliable computer, working mic, camera, and headset (you'll be on Zoom daily)#J-*****-Ljbffr
