_Full-Time | Remote | LATAM | 6-Month Probationary Period | Mexico City_Are you a proven sales leader who thrives in data, lives for results, and knows how to inspire teams to crush goals?We're looking for a high-performing Outbound Call Center Manager to help us lead and scale a fast-moving, remote outbound sales team.You'll work directly with team leads and agents to drive performance and partner with leadership to optimize the systems, tools, and workflows that power our outbound engine.**Position Snapshot****Reports to**:U.S. Based Outbound Sales Director**Direct Reports**: Team Leads and Sales Team**Supports**: Consultative Sales Team, Appointment Setters, Recovery Team, and External Agency Partners**Collaborates With**: Sales, Support, Operations, and Marketing**What You'll Do**:- Lead and manage the outbound team to exceed sales goals through coaching, strategic support, and daily execution- Support a mix of internal reps and external agencies, ensuring alignment, accountability, and consistent performance- Oversee and resolve escalations, working cross-functionally to protect the customer experience- Monitor performance and pull reports from BigQuery Sheets, Salesforce, and Google Sheets to inform decisions- Use Vonage fluently to support daily team operations- Provide operational and leadership support to appointment setters, including call flow management and calendar alignment- Own performance management, including regular coaching, reviews, improvement plans, and disciplinary action when needed- Run meetings, trainings, and coaching calls confidently using Zoom, including screen sharing and breakout rooms- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Support to ensure outbound efforts are aligned with company goals**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**:You'll be expected to help drive and optimize the following core metrics:- Revenue per Opportunity (RPO)- Appointment Show Rate- Average Order Value (AOV)- Refund Rate- Total Sales Revenue**You'll Thrive in This Role If You**:- Have excellent verbal and written skills- Have experience working for U.S. Based Organizations- Have 3 or more years of experience managing outbound sales teams, ideally in DTC, health, or direct response- Have worked in a fully remote company and managed offshore teams- Know how to sell, coach, and lead with enthusiasm, accountability and clarity- Are skilled at handling performance conversations and managing disciplinary action when needed- Are confident using Zoom to run high-energy meetings, one-on-ones, and team trainings- Are comfortable pulling, analyzing, and interpreting performance data in BQ Sheets, Salesforce, and Google Sheets- Know how to use Vonage or a similar dialer to support outbound operations**Bonus Points If You**:- Understand video sales lead funnels and how outbound sales integrates with them- Thrive in a fast-paced, high-ownership culture where testing and iteration are the norm**Compensation and Perks**- Base Salary:$3,500 - $5,000 per month (depending on experience)- Tiered Commissions: $1,000 - $6,000 per month- 100% Remote- Mission-driven culture with strong core values and a team that truly cares- Regular performance reviews and growth conversations- Probationary Period: 6 months to assess performance, alignment, and leadership fit- High-accountability, high-support team culture- Opportunities to grow with a fast-scaling company**Tech Requirements**- Octane Speed of 20,000+ Test here (Insert Link)- Backup internet and power solutions- Reliable computer, working mic, camera, and headset (you'll be on Zoom daily)- Uninterrupted work spaceTipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por periodo de pruebaDuración del contrato: 6 mesesSueldo: $63,****** - $90,****** al mesBeneficios:- Aumentos salariales- Descuento de empleados- Trabajo desde casaExperiência:- 5 years: 3 años (Obligatorio)Idioma:- Inglés (Obligatorio)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo remoto
