**Molding Supervisor****Functions & Responsibilities**- Develop appropriate planning strategy for each product group and customer segment.This includes determining consignment and safety stock levels of products for select customers- Create schedules for plastic injection molding and assembly operations- Generate daily molding work center schedule in support of shipping commitments and work center / machine capacity- Provide timely feedback to the sales, customer service and shipping managers on status of all work orders that may affect commitments to the customers- Schedules and support initial build and ramp-up of new product releases- Support manufacturing management and inventory control on inventory related issues- Backup master scheduler when needed**Requirements**:- High school diploma or some college units and/or APICS courses preferred- At least 2 years of manufacturing or planning/scheduling experience in a medium to high volume manufacturing environment- Must have excellent analytical and attention-to-detail skills- Must possess good written, verbal and inter-personal communication skills- Must be computer literate and able to use EXCEL and MS WORD- Injection molding industry and SAP ERP systems experience a plus.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoHorario:- DiurnoLugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
